KERI-LYN COLEMAN, MSW

Keri-Lyn Coleman, MSW is a former White House Drug Policy Advisor and National Substance Abuse Expert. She has twenty years of experience in the field of substance abuse prevention and behavioral health promotion. Since Keri-Lyn has worked at the community, state and national levels, she appreciates the complexity of her client's biggest challenges.

Today Keri-Lyn designs and develops customized data systems to support the work of substance abuse prevention programs and behavioral health initiatives at the local, regional and state levels.

Over the past decade, Keri-Lyn has provided valuable evaluation, strategic planning, and fundraising assistance to non-profit organizations, corporations, coalitions, state agencies, and communities throughout the United States. She has also assisted agencies in securing over $50 million in grant funds.

Keri-Lyn previously served as the Acting Administrator for the Drug-Free Communities Support Program (DFCSP) at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). While at ONDCP, she chaired the Public Awareness Work Group and served on the Executive Committee for the First Lady's Helping America's Youth Initiative. Through this work she was responsible for funding over 700 substance abuse prevention coalitions. She traveled the country to meet with, and become inspired by, community leaders who were working to create healthier, drug-free communities.

Prior to working for the White House, Keri-Lyn was a Presidential Management Fellow at the National Institutes of Health. At the local level, she has developed and implemented alcohol and drug prevention programs.

Wendy Morgan, MA

Ms. Morgan is an experienced master's level consultant and program director with over 30 years of experience. Since 2001, Wendy has worked with community coalitions in a variety of capacities including serving as a coalition director and prevention manager. Currently, Ms. Morgan serves as the evaluator for numerous coalitions throughout the country. Throughout her career, she has held positions in substance abuse, healthcare, education, social services, law enforcement, the newspaper industry, and management consulting,

SHANNON SILVA, PHD, LMSW

Shannon Silva is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at the University of Denver, where she conducts national and local research on the impacts of criminal justice policy with an emphasis on innovative justice alternatives. She has ten years of experience in non-profit grantwriting, program development, and evaluation, and has provided training and technical assistance to community coalitions nationwide on the use and measurement of environmental prevention strategies.


Paul Price

Technical Director

Paul Price manages the development and operations of the CMS, PBPS, and SBIRT systems. Paul has been involved in digital marketing and SaaS software development for over 25 years with leadership positions at companies that include IBM, Kimberly Clark, ABB, LexisNexis, Bonnier, and Qwest Communications. Paul's successes have included managing the launch of online operations for JetBlue Airways, launching a dot-com that delivered internet-based EDI services, and working with Bosch & Lohm at an early attempt to build an e-marketing place connecting doctors, suppliers and insurance companies.

Paul also hosts a series of "house concerts" where he invites internationally touring singer-songwriters to play at his home and supports the music industry through the development of a web-based tour planning and management tool.

Lavidah Johnson

Client Support Specialist

Lavidah serves as Collaborative Planning Group System's (CPGSI) Client Support Specialist. As the client's first point of contact for technical issues related to the CMS, PBPS and SBIRT systems, Lavidah assists with account setup, coordinates web-based trainings, and monitors and responds to user tickets and requests. She has twelve years of experience in substance abuse prevention and is dedicated to working with state and local level prevention organizations that positively impact the communities they serve.

Prior to joining CPGSI, Lavidah worked as a Project Manager for the Palm Beach County Substance Awareness Coalition and served as a Social Services Facilitator for an alcohol, tobacco and other drug alternative to suspension program with the Palm Beach County School District. In addition to her experience in prevention, she has extensive experience in administration and project management and has held positions as an executive assistant.

Mrs. Johnson holds BA in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and an MS in Education.
